NIEM Model Editor

Download the NIEM Model Editor from here. This tool enables a domain steward and his/her representatives to import select a domain schema/namespace, edit model content, build new content, or build a new domain model. The Model Editor can check conformance and quality; export updated XML schemas; import a NIEM-conforming schema; assist in building and generating the catalog, change log, metadata; and assemble a valid domain update package consistent with the Domain Update Specification.
